A 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of reservation. Final payment is required 8 weeks prior to commencement of holiday. Refunds for cancellations after the 56-day period will only be made if the weeks reserved are re-let.

A £100 refundable deposit against breakages is also required.

We would be grateful if, when the apartment is vacated, it is left in a clean and tidy condition and the keys are returned safely. Failure to do so may lead to some, or all, of the deposit being withheld.     There should also not be an excessive amount of rubbish left in the outside bin (Guests are expected to take advantage of the regular rubbish collection service during their stay)

All prices are per week, Friday 4 p.m. to Friday 10.00 a.m..   (Although the changeover day is normally a Friday, we can often be flexible outside of the peak Summer period.  Should you wish to arrive/depart on another day, please tell us and we will certainly do our best to accommodate you, provided this will not adversely affect any other guests arriving before or after your stay)  

Weekend / short lets may also be possible, especially out of season. Please enquire.

Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and no pets are allowed.
